| Graduation Pix Graduation marks the ending of our "sala-sala" days of endless reports, company studies, etc. etc. and the list goes on...But what's really amazing is, I miss school! I miss UP! I miss those happiness we've been through...and of course, I miss Oble! wehehe...So here are some glimpse on the occassion that ended our days in one of the most prestigious universities in the Philippines..   right after i arrived for the baccalaureatte, these people bumped with my camera!waaaah!

its just so overwhelming to see these pictures and just realize that you're done with the pressures of school.
haaay...but i really miss UP...i mean, i don't miss the long exams, case analyses, and all hah?! i just miss UP...

| m tired of this sickening thing im doing.
its december and i should be happy.
its just so tiring to do the same thing over and over again.
i was a call agent and that was customer service i have done.
that lasted for about a month and a half and that totally sicken me.
just imagine the loads of calls that you receive everyday of your life.
these were not just calls but complaints from pissed off customers.
and now, what im doing here is the help desk again.
thank god im just answering emails.
but it is just so frustrating ive never got any idea what my products are.
yeah, i know a bit and pieces about them.
and these knowledge ive come to known from the customers themselves.
note: I READ EACH AND EVERY EMAIL THAT A COMPLAINING CUSTOMER SENDS!
come to think of it. if they are pissed off and keep on saying that
they are being scammed, that the product they bought is a rip-off,
that the customer service is just a jackass---well,
put yourself in my shoes, man!
won't you get tired also?

fortunately...i keep going because of him-he lightens my day..err.. my night.

i always enjoy december...aside from having the most days of vacation when you're on work, it has a lot of days to celebrate for.
i love christmas parties! i love simbang-gabi (but cant attend this december-workin!) i love apple pies...i love the coming of new year! i love everything about december.
